Historical Commission

The Historical Commission is an advisory commission to the City of Lynnwood. The Commission’s duties include advising and making recommendations to the Mayor and City Council regarding historical and cultural recognition and preservation activities. The public is invited to attend and to participate in any meeting of the Historical Commission. Parking and meeting facilities are available to persons with disabilities. Upon reasonable notice to the City Clerk’s office, either in person at 19100 44th Ave W or by phone at (425) 670-5161, the City will make a reasonable effort to accomodate those who need special assistance to attend a meeting.

The Commission consists of five members who are appointed to serve three-year terms.

Meetings are normally held the third Tuesday of each month at the Wicker’s Building in Heritage Park, located at 19921 Poplar Way.
