If you have a Police or Fire emergency, please dial 911.

For emergencies such as light problems, flooding, broken pipes or turned off water:

• During office hours, call (425) 670-5000.
• Outside of office hours please dial the following number (425) 248-9060 and leave a message if someone does not answer right away. A Public Works supervisor will review your request in a matter of minutes.  They will respond immediately if it is considered an emergency and warrants a city crew member to be dispatched.  If it is not an emergency, maintenance personnel will be dispatched on the next business day.
• Non-emergency business for building permits, business licenses, utility billing, public works or community development will be handled during regular business hours.
